Our Monitoring Station is in a safe and secure off site place. This is done for security reasons. There are many security companies which have everything under one roof. station. "NOT HERE" Only monitoring staff is allowed at the monitoring site.

Working in conjunction with customers, Eye Spy Electronics and More LLC utilizes state- of-the-art computer technology to monitor alarm systems 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a- year. Behind this technology we have professionally licensed personnel who understand the security business, and make sure that all traffic is handled efficiently.
Eye Spy Electronics and More LL meets and exceeds the stringent requirements of Underwriters Laboratories (UL). With this listing, it means we are fully staffed 24-hours-a- day and our sophisticated computer system automatically documents every dispatcher action. With this UL Listing it also means our entire computer network is reinforced by backup power in the event of a major power outage and we can continue to monitor and respond to your alarms. Our central station is equipped with the finest receiving equipment available today. With the Sur-Gaurd receiver and Silent Knight receiver we are able to handle all the popular formats. All incoming and outgoing telephone conversations are recorded and with our state-of-the-art voice logger, we can then go to any day and extract a conversation on a wave file and e-mail it to you. Our Central Station meets the requirements set by Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.), an independent agency that rates businesses for public safety and product compliance. Less than 25% of all monitoring facilities have been granted U.L approval. Our monitoring station has earned the “5 Diamond Award” by the Central Station Alarm Association (C.S.A.A). All of our operators are required to pass the 5 Diamond ratings course at a higher percentage than the CSAA requires. Less than 5% of all Central Stations in the United States have the distinction of being 5 Diamond Certified. The facility is housed in an access controlled building under constant video surveillance. All equipment is backed up by primary and secondary generators as well as large, interruptible power supplies. We have an additional remote station located in Michigan that mirrors our facility here in the event of a local disaster. Please view our back up Central Station.
